INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARENTS 

​

1. Parents are requested to provide all the necessary school requirements to their children.

2. Parents will have to abide by the rules and regulations of the school.

3. Parents should see their children attend to the school regularly on time.

4. Admission of the pupil who remains  absent without any Prior intimation for more than 30 days will be cancelled.

5. Parents should see that their children are physically fit and mentally awake.  In case children fall sick, they should be given immediate and proper medical treatment.

6. No pupil should be sent to school if suffering from contagious or infectious disease.

7. Parents should keep the Principal of the school informed as early as possible, if the illness or any such change in health condition.

8. Parents should send medical fitness certificate with child while coming to the school after   recovery of health.

9. Parents should not give the children money or any valuable things while sending to the school.

10. No pupil is allowed to wear jewellery gold ornaments in school. The school authorities are not responsible for the loss of any valuable belonging of the pupils Parents should not expect any relaxation in the prescribed rules.

11. Parents are required to explain in writing the late coming of the child to the school and of his / her absence.

12. Parents should see that the home atmosphere is similar to that of the school particularly in conversion.

13. Parents should intimate the school authority in case of Discipline. 

14. Parent relatives will not be allowed to visit the classes during the school hours, in case the parents want to see the children they should take due permission from the Principal and see the child in the office room.

15. Parent desirous to withdraw the child during the school hours them should   take on their written request.

16. Parent should note that the children will be sent back to their home if they are not in proper uniform and fail to bring necessary requirements of the school.

17. Parent seeking transfer certificate will have to clear up all the dues before the issue of certificate.

18. Any communication made (request / complaints) by the parent should be addressed to the Principal and not to the school hours.

19. Parents are expected to send wholesome food or food particles to the children for their lunch or meals during the school hours.

20. Parents are strictly restrained to give any money or valuable things or any gratification any consideration at all.

21. Parents should know that the school  and the management exist and work for their prosperity. Therefore, it will be the duty of the parents equally to take keen interest in contributing possible help, aid and assistance, morally, monetarily & otherwise.
